These terms govern your use of the StampDeck application. They supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies when the app is distributed through the App Store.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading or using StampDeck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must have legal capacity or authorization from your legal representative. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. What StampDeck is
StampDeck is a personal travel journal and collection for recording trips and flights, generating a collectible virtual passport, viewing an Atlas, and calculating statistics and achievements. Travel information, catalogs, map representations, distances and calculations may be incomplete, approximate or not updated in real time.
StampDeck and its stamps or passport pages are not official passports, visas, tickets, boarding passes, identity documents or government records. They do not prove identity, nationality or permission to travel. StampDeck is not a source of real-time flight status and does not replace instructions from an airline, airport or public authority. Always check operational and legal travel requirements with official sources.
3. Local storage and recovery
The current version has no account and keeps your archive on your device. Removing the app, losing the device, device failure or a system operation may result in loss of the archive. Local recovery copies improve reliability but StampDeck currently provides no cloud synchronization, archive export or import, or recovery on another device. You are responsible for securing your device.
4. License
Subject to these terms and the applicable Apple agreement, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use StampDeck on authorized Apple devices associated with your account.
Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, you must not copy, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute the app or its assets; bypass access limits or purchase mechanisms; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the app to violate law or another person’s rights; or interfere with the app or its third-party services.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in the information, notes, photos and drawings you add. You must have the rights needed for that content and must not record or share unlawful or infringing material. StampDeck obtains no commercial exploitation right in your local archive. When you use the system share sheet, you choose and are responsible for the recipient.
6. Free access and StampDeck Lifetime
Free access permits up to three simultaneously saved trips. Editing or deleting existing trips remains available as presented in the app.
StampDeck Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable Apple in-app purchase that removes the trip-creation limit for the supported StampDeck app. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The App Store shows the price and currency before purchase.
Apple bills and administers purchases and refunds under its terms. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Restore Purchases asks Apple and RevenueCat to recover an eligible entitlement associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase; it does not restore locally stored trips.
“Lifetime” describes the non-consumable license for the product. It does not promise that the app, every feature or every third-party service will remain available without change for a user’s physical lifetime. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
7. Third-party services
StampDeck uses services including Apple StoreKit, RevenueCat and Mapbox. Maps, purchases and some features depend on their systems and terms. Third-party services may change or experience outages. StampDeck remains responsible only to the extent required by applicable law and its commitments.
8. Intellectual property and third-party marks
StampDeck, its brand, interface, original artwork and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights belonging to its publisher and licensors. Airline names, codes, trademarks and other third-party marks belong to their owners. Any reference identifies travel information only. StampDeck is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any airline, airport, government or public authority.
9. Availability and changes
Features may be fixed, maintained, modified or discontinued to improve StampDeck, maintain security, comply with law or respond to technical changes. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed, especially for third-party maps and purchases. Where law requires it, material changes will be notified and applicable rights honored.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, StampDeck is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made that user-entered information, calculated distances, catalogs or maps are accurate enough for operational, legal or safety decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, StampDeck is not liable for travel decisions based on the app, loss caused by voluntary sharing or a compromised device, or loss of a local archive where no external backup exists. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer warranties.
11. Ending use
You may stop using StampDeck and delete local data at any time. The license may be terminated for a material breach, subject to mandatory procedures and rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
12. Apple
Apple is not a party to these supplemental terms and is not responsible for StampDeck’s content, maintenance or support. To the extent stated in Apple’s standard agreement, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of provisions applicable to the App Store version.
